Celebrating the Launch of A-ND's New Highlands Service

Supporting Our Neurodiverse Community in the Heart of the Highlands

We're excited to announce the launch of our brand-new Highlands service at A-ND, located in the scenic town of Dingwall! This October, our specialised facility at 9-10 Bridgend Business Park, Dingwall will begin providing dedicated support to the neurodiverse community, and we're looking for passionate individuals to join our team.

As a Neurodiversity Support Worker (NDSW), you'll play a crucial role in enhancing the lives of neurodiverse children, young people, and some adults, along with their families. Whether it's facilitating breakfast clubs, engaging in playful sessions, or providing vital after-school care and support, your work will have a direct impact on the community.


What's Special About the Highlands Service?

Located in the heart of Dingwall, our new service aims to be a beacon of support and activity. With positions available in full-time, part-time, and sessional roles, we offer flexibility to fit your life. Imagine working 3 days then having 4 off every week if full time, or working 1 day and 3 off if part time. Our team members also enjoy a competitive salary of £25,529.40 per annum, with additional allowances for sleepover shifts.


Your Role and Impact

As a part of our team, you'll engage in a variety of enriching activities:

  • Breakfast Club: Help children start their day right with structured morning routines.

  • Stay and Play Sessions: Create a welcoming environment for children and their families to play and interact.

  • After-school Support: Provide essential activities that foster growth and learning.

  • Home Care: Offer support directly within homes, making a tangible difference every day.
