Main Office Contact Hours

 

Our main office number, 01224 277900 is manned from 9:30am to 2:30pm, Monday to Friday. 

 

This schedule reflects our continued commitment to supporting our working carers and parents, ensuring they can be available for their loved ones and children before and after school.

 

We understand this limits when we’re contactable, and we appreciate your understanding and support in enabling our dedicated team to maintain a healthy work-life balance, provide direct support, and manage our limited resources effectively.

 

After-Hours Contact

 

If you need to reach us outside of our standard hours, you can leave a message. A member of our team will retrieve your message the next working day and ensure it is directed to the relevant person. We will typically aim to respond to enquiries within a 48-72 hour period during the working week. 

 

Direct Support Contacts

 

If you are a person we support, a family member, or a health/social care partner needing to discuss individual support, please use the direct contact email or number for your support worker, Team Leader, or relevant manager.

In the case of an emergency, you can contact the on-call manager on the on-call number that should have been provided to you through your key worker, Team Leader or Manager.
